SEGi University & Colleges has once again been recognised with the Talentbank Employers’ Choice Award, marking its fourth consecutive year of achievement under the Talentbank Graduate Employability Index 2026.

The award is based on Talentbank’s nationwide employer survey and employability assessment, positioning it as a significant employer led benchmark that evaluates graduate outcomes beyond traditional academic metrics. Drawing insights from thousands of employers across organisations of all sizes, the index measures key indicators such as employer demand, hiring confidence and workplace readiness, offering a powerful complement to global university rankings.

This continued recognition reinforces SEGi’s strong standing among employers and reflects the institution’s ability to consistently produce graduates who are prepared to perform, contribute and grow in real world environments.

The Talentbank Graduate Employability Index is built on direct employer feedback, asking organisations which universities they prefer to recruit from, how many graduates they have hired, and whether they would return to hire again.

At the core of this achievement is SEGi’s close collaboration with over 600 corporate partners, enabling students to gain meaningful exposure to industry practices, real world challenges and professional networks throughout their academic journey through the SEGi Industry-into-classroom initiative.
