The highlight? A 12,000 sqft natural green sanctuary at the podium level, offering residents a place to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with nature.

Why Does Green Space Matter?

Designing for Sustainability and Comfort

The paint used throughout the development is low in VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), ensuring walls do not emit harmful substances that affect indoor air quality. Outdoor areas are coated with anti-fungal paint, reducing mould growth.

Waterproofing measures are also in place in all wet areas, including toilets, scupper drains, and concrete roofs. This prevents water leakage, mould growth, and structural damage, ensuring long-term durability and comfort for residents.
