HCK Capital Group (HCK) has launched e.Sentral, its first smart city development that brings cutting-edge technology and sustainability to the forefront of urban living. This project allows residents to control every aspect of their home through a mobile app, setting a new benchmark for smart living in Malaysia.
A collaboration with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), HCK aims to transform the property market with e.Sentral, a development that underscores its commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.
The groundbreaking ceremony was officiated by HCK Group Managing Director Datuk Dr. Dennis Ling and PKNS Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Development) Tuan Ir. Haji Md. Kamarzan bin Md. Rais.
Datuk Dr. Dennis Ling remarked, “Our latest project will set a new standard for the property market with its smart-city concept, harmoniously integrating technology with nature. e.Sentral embodies our vision of future living, where trees and technology coexist seamlessly.”
Located in Damansara West, e.Sentral spans 10 acres and blends advanced technology with eco-friendly design. The development includes a 5-acre mixed-use area and a 2-acre facility deck. Situated next to a 62-acre forest, it will cater to urbanites seeking a smart lifestyle surrounded by nature.
e.Sentral is set to be a pioneering example of HCK’s “tech and trees” concept, offering a range of smart home features as standard, including digital controls for electricity, locks, cameras, and lights. This initiative marks the beginning of HCK’s ambitious plans to integrate smart technology and environmental sustainability in future projects.
